Phase 1: High-Precision Framework Fabrication
The journey begins at our CNC laser cutting and bending station. Unlike standard commercial units, Hailos cabinets are exclusively fabricated from 0.8mm premium galvanized steel. This heavy-duty frame provides superior anti-vibration properties and an IPX4-rated anti-corrosion barrier, ensuring long-term structural integrity in harsh industrial sites.
Phase 2: "Heavy-Duty" Refrigerant Circuitry
Integrity starts from the inside. Our dedicated brazing station utilizes 1.0mm wall-thickness seamless purple copper tubes—exceeding the industry standard of 0.7mm. This choice minimizes the risk of refrigerant leakage during long-distance maritime transport and high-pressure operation, providing our clients with long-term "Leak Insurance."
Phase 3: Core Component Integration & Smart Wiring
We integrate only Tier-1 global components, including Copeland scroll compressors, Schneider Electric switchgear, and high-efficiency EC centrifugal fans. Our electrical assembly line follows strict IEC international standards, where intelligent PID microprocessors are configured and calibrated to achieve a surgical temperature stability of ±0.3C -±0.5
Phase 4: Rigorous Multi-Stage Testing (QA/QC)
Before leaving the factory, every unit must pass through our state-of-the-art Climate-Controlled Testing Chamber. We conduct a 100% full-load performance audit, including:
